Julie S. Brandon Artist Statement:
Fiber, in its’ many forms, has been a constant through much of my exploration of the tactile arts.  Early interests in crochet, weaving and embroidery followed by forays into ceramics and glasswork can be glimpsed in my current work.
Nestled in the hills of the Finger Lakes, I delight in the process of creating abstract landscapes and the occasional statement piece.  Evocative of the changing seasons and reflective of nature’s many moods my work captures the essence of those fleeting moments.   Accepting limited commissions.
